Roses, Views and Pancakes

We took a 16-minute drive up the mountain towards Oudtshoorn , on the right, there is an inconspicuous entrance and Rose’s sign, that quite frankly, you could blink and drive past.
Driving past this would be a colossal mistake! Bryan found this secret delight and we’re so grateful he did. This old farmhouse has the most lovely atmosphere, great service and delicious meals. Nothing fancy, a good breakfast, 5-star pancakes and burgers only. Do we need more?

In this rustic setting, you are nestled in between the mountains and you feel as if you’ve been transported to a far away place. We’d highly recommend this as a stop on your adventures, if you have time,  stroll the Rose garden and smell the Rose’s, the names alone will put a smile on your face.
